Alice Nine formed in August 2004. Their lively performances and catchy melodies have made them one of the hottest visual-kei bands in Japan. Their songs, enthusiastic, as well as romantic, enchant their listeners. Each member has a strong character – Shou has a unique tone of voice, Hiroto is a passionate guitarist, Tora has a cool attitude, Saga is mysterious in both a sexy and masculine way, and Nao is a powerful drummer with a sween smile. Footage from one of their performances is included in the Visual-kei DVD Magazine Vol 1. Since forming, Alice Nine has released 8 singles, 4 albums, 1 DVD single and 2 LIVE DVDs. Asides from their rising popularity in Japan, Alice Nine also performed in the US for the JRock Revolution Festival in Los Angeles and in Cologne, Germany for the J-Rock Invasion concert.
V-Rock Festival 2009
This October, Alice Nine will be performing along with 50+ visual-kei bands at the V-Rock Festival in Japan. Alice Nine will be performing along with bands such as LM.C, Kagrra, D’espairsray and Moi Dix Mois.
