Formed in 2005, they combine fusion and funk with their rock music. In 2008, following the arrival of their new bassist, Sugar released their first album, “SWEETEST”. The band takes technically complicated styles, such as rock, jazz and progressive and creates their own unique sound which sets them apart from other Visual-Kei bands.
Another New Single from Sugar
Despite Sugar only recently announcing the release of antlion, the band has another single coming out shortly afterward. ruddy afterglow will be available on July 16th in both regular and limited editions. The regular version will feature three tracks, one of which will be a live take. The limited edition will contain four tracks, two of which will be voiceless versions. This version will also include a DVD, although information regarding what it may contain has yet to be announced.
